one of which is our claim department which deals with all kind of claims such
as cargo claims and hull and machinery claims by providing competent independent
cargo surveyors to inspect and investigate immediately on any alleged shortage,
loss and damage claims as well as having technical surveyors to asses and look
into any hull and machinery claims. We also provide precautionary surveys on preloading
and discharging of cargo, including monitoring and tallying as well as hatch cover
unsealing certificates and empty tanks certificates.
